Our 60-day guarantee

Every VoltWatcher is backed by a 60-day guarantee from the day your order is delivered. Try it on your car. If it doesn't take the overnight drain out of your life — or if anything's wrong with it — you're covered within those 60 days.

If your order arrives damaged or defective

If your VoltWatcher arrives damaged, defective, or simply doesn't work as described, we'll make it right at no cost to you. Just send us a photo of the issue and we'll arrange:

  • A free replacement shipped out to you, or
  • A full refund — whichever you prefer.
For damaged or defective items, you won't pay any return shipping. Please contact us within the 60-day window so we can sort it out quickly.

If you've changed your mind

If the product is in good working order and you've simply decided it's not for you, you're welcome to return it within the 60-day window for a refund. In this case:

  • The item should be returned in its original condition, with all parts and packaging.
  • Return shipping is paid by you, since the product isn't faulty.
  • Your full refund is issued once the returned item reaches us and is checked.

How to start a return

It's quick — just three steps:

  1. Email contact@voltwatcher.com with your order number and the reason for your return (a photo helps for damaged items).
  2. We'll reply with confirmation and, if needed, the return address and next steps.
  3. Ship the item back (free for damaged/defective; at your cost for change-of-mind), and we'll process your refund or replacement once it arrives.
Please don't send anything back before contacting us — returns without prior confirmation can be delayed or missed.
