Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the VoltWatcher website and your purchase of any product from us. By browsing the site or placing an order, you confirm you've read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

02

Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you're authorized to use the payment method chosen.

03

Products & descriptions

We describe VoltWatcher as accurately as we can, including its honest limits. We've made every effort to display product details, specifications, and images faithfully, but minor variations in appearance or packaging may occur. Specifications may be updated over time as the product improves.

Important — what VoltWatcher does and doesn't do: VoltWatcher is a battery disconnect switch. It physically opens the circuit to stop a parasitic drain from draining your battery while parked. It does not locate, diagnose, or repair the underlying electrical fault, and it cannot stop a battery's slow natural self-discharge over long periods. It is an aid for managing battery drain, not a repair of your vehicle's electrical system.
04

Pricing & payment

All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change at any time before you order. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. Payment is taken securely at checkout — by ordering, you authorize us to charge your chosen method for the full order total.

We work hard to keep pricing accurate, but if an obvious error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and refund you in full.

05

Orders, changes & cancellations

Once you place an order, you'll receive a confirmation email. You can cancel free of charge within 12 hours of ordering, before it enters processing. After that window, your order may already be packed or shipped, so cancellation can't be guaranteed — but contact us and we'll do whatever we still can.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud, payment issues, or stock limitations.

06

Shipping

Shipping is free on every order, with most arriving within 6–12 business days. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Full details are in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

07

60-day guarantee, returns & refunds

We stand behind VoltWatcher with a 60-day guarantee. In short:

  • Arrived damaged or defective? We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
  • Changed your mind? You can return it within the guarantee window, but return shipping is paid by you.

Full conditions, timelines, and how to start a return are in our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

08

Safe & proper use

VoltWatcher involves your vehicle's 12V battery and electrical system. You agree to install and use it according to the included instructions, and to take normal safety precautions. If you're not comfortable working near a vehicle battery, please have it fitted by a qualified person.

We are not responsible for damage or injury resulting from incorrect installation, misuse, modification, or use outside the product's intended purpose.

09

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including the VoltWatcher name, logo, text, graphics, images, and design — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse any of it without our written permission.

10

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VoltWatcher's total liability for any claim relating to a product or your use of this site is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses — such as towing costs, missed appointments, or vehicle downtime — arising from the use or inability to use the product.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws in your country.

11

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version always lives on this page, with the "Last updated" date at the top. By continuing to use the site after changes are posted, you accept the revised Terms.
