Free shipping on every order — here's exactly when it leaves, how long it takes, and how to track it.

Every order goes through a short 1–2 business day processing window where we confirm payment, pack your VoltWatcher, and hand it to the carrier. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
Delivery time & cost
Shipping is free on every order — there's no minimum and no surprise fee at checkout. Most orders arrive within 6–12 business days of being placed, including the processing window above.
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier backlogs, weather, customs, and remote delivery areas can occasionally add a few days beyond the usual window.
Tracking your order
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. You can follow it anytime on our Track Your Order page — just paste the code and hit track.
Changes & cancellations
Need to cancel or fix an order? You can cancel free of charge within 12 hours of placing it, before it enters processing. Just email us and we'll take care of it.
After 12 hours, your order may already be packed or shipped, so we can't guarantee a cancellation — but reach out and we'll do whatever we still can.
Wrong or incomplete address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We ship to the address exactly as entered, and we can't be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect or incomplete address.
If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible — if the order hasn't shipped yet, we'll update it for you.
Lost, delayed, or damaged in transit
- Arrived damaged? Send us a photo and we'll ship a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
- Lost in transit? If tracking stalls or a parcel goes missing, contact us and we'll open a claim with the carrier and make it right.
- Running late? If it's been noticeably longer than 12 business days, reach out and we'll chase it down for you.
Customs & import duties
For international orders, any customs fees, taxes, or import duties charged by your country are set by local authorities and are the customer's responsibility. These are outside our control and not included in your order total.
